We require at least 48 hours advance notice for all bookings. This gives us time to confirm your slot, load your totes, and plan the delivery route. Same-day bookings are not available at this time.
For delivery, someone 18+ must be present to sign our rental agreement and receive the totes. For pickup, you don't need to be home — just have the empty totes stacked and accessible outside (porch, driveway, etc.) and we'll grab them during your window.
No problem at all. Just text or call us at least 24 hours before your pickup date and we'll extend your rental. Extensions are billed at $15–25/week depending on your bundle size. We're flexible — life happens.
Yes — every tote is quarantined for 2 days and then fully sanitized with antiviral disinfectant before delivery to a new customer. You can pack your clothing, bedding, and kitchen items with complete confidence.
Totes damaged beyond rental use or lost/stolen are charged at $45 per tote, deducted from your $50 deposit or billed separately if damage exceeds the deposit. Minor scuffs and ordinary wear are expected and not charged. We keep a card on file for the rental period.
Cancellations made 72+ hours before delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations 24–72 hours before delivery incur a $25 fee. Cancellations under 24 hours before delivery incur a $50 fee. If totes have already been loaded for delivery, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
Our standard bundles go up to 30 totes. Need more? Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate larger orders based on inventory availability. We recommend booking early for large orders, especially during spring and summer moving season.
We serve Manor, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, and all of Central Austin within a 30-mile radius of Manor, TX. Local deliveries (0–15 miles) are $20. Standard deliveries (15–30 miles) are $35. Outside 30 miles — call us and we'll see what we can do.
Berkeley Storage was born in Shadowglen, Manor, TX — right in the community we serve. As local homeowners who've experienced the stress of moving firsthand, we knew there had to be a better way than hunting for cardboard boxes and fighting with packing tape.
We built Berkeley Storage to fill a gap in the Austin area: a tote rental service that works around real schedules. Most competitors are closed on weekends and focused only on moving. We deliver evenings and weekends, and we serve movers, seasonal storage customers, and event planners alike.
Every tote that leaves our hands is cleaned, numbered, and accounted for. When we say we'll be there at 10am Saturday, we mean it. We're not a call center — we're your neighbors, and our reputation lives here.
